We tailor your seps based on key factors of your choosing.

  • When you create a PROchnl account, we ask you to describe your equipment to us. This way we don't send you seps that you can't print. We know that you are running an 8 color auto with 1 flash, so none of your seps will exceed 7 screens.

  • Whether you typically run with a single white screen for a base, you prefer the industry standard Base + Highlight, or you opt for a double base, we've got you covered.

  • Perhaps the most critical factor, we adjust dot gain based on your preference. Doing so ensures proper color balance when you go to press. Don't know your dot gain? That's ok, we’ll apply an industry standard that works in most cases then make adjustments based on your feedback

  • PROchnl RIP is a customizable replacement for traditional RIP software. By choosing to have your separations “pre-Ripped” you can skip your rip software entirely and go straight into screen making.

  • Your Rip software’s job is to convert gray data into the coarse halftones you need for screen printing, but it doesn’t tell you how. Different mesh counts need different halftone settings to ensure the best quality. Frequency, angle, dot shape… PROchnl RIP takes it all off your plate.

  • We can customize your RIP to include the markings you need. This means that in addition to Pre-Ripped halftones, we can deliver files in the format of your choice complete with your reg marks, print placements and slug line information. Drop us a line to find out how.
