When possible, only submit art files for separation that are "To size". If you intend to print a 12" design, avoid submitting art that is 2". This ensures that everything comes out as intended with respect to Art Quality, as well as the size of the design and its respective elements.

Anti-Aliasing is a software feature which aims to smooth the appearance of screen images by gently “blurring” the boundaries between shapes & colors. In screen printing Anti-Aliasing is best avoided when possible.

"High Resolution" art renders the best results. High Res is collectively accepted as 300 DPI and higher. Submit high res art to get the best results from PROchnl Separations.
